About Dr Carolyn Ng
Dr Carolyn Ng completed her specialist orthodontic training at the University of Melbourne and is registered as a specialist orthodontist with the Dental Board of Australia. She is a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists.
She has experience managing complex cases including surgical orthodontics, impacted teeth, skeletal discrepancies, and adult interdisciplinary treatment. She treats children, teenagers, and adults.
Her practice is located at 560 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn — easily accessible for patients from Kew, Camberwell, Balwyn, Glen Iris, and the inner eastern suburbs.

Complete the online form below with your patient's details and reason for referral. You can attach X-rays, photos or clinical notes (PDF, JPG, PNG — up to 1MB each).
Patient contact
We understand that timing can be tricky for phone calls, so we wait for your patient to call us when they can. Alternatively, they can fill out an appointment request.
Progress reports back to you
Dr Carolyn will send you a consultation report following the initial appointment, and progress updates where required and a final summary when treatment is complete.
